Through his paintings, he transforms a life of migration, memory, and devotion into a resonant visual journey. The Song of Time revisits the artist’s search for meaning across shifting geographies—from Hualien to New York and back again—where depictions of interior landscapes, quiet still lifes, and intimate portraits of family become both personal diary and timeless reflection. This exhibition traces not only the evolution of his work, but also the spiritual cadence of an artist responding to the call of art itself. Whether read as a record of emotional landscapes or a series of lyrical chapters drawn from life, these paintings invite viewers to listen—deeply—to the artist’s dialogue with time, space, and self.
